****ALL DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE*** 

****Deposits are always non-refundable and expire after 1 year if the project has not begun. Any reschedule requests 14 days prior to the appointment will be allowed to move/reschedule ONCE without issue.  Further reschedules will be subject to whatever rate the artist is charging when your new appointment is made. Please note that the new/current rate may be higher than your original appointment price and an extra deposit may be required.*****
